Established for over 20 years, Kindale Ltd specialise in the commercial property sector concentrating on acquiring properties in need of refurbishment and active hands-on management. Kindale have a small, but dedicated team and are able to acquire properties throughout the country from £100,000 to £50 million.
What We Do
A total brand redevelopment was required by Kindale Ltd and this included a new corporate identity, promotional material, adverts and an extensive website illustrating their property portfolio. In addition to this we regularly produce property particulars for the instructed agents to use for marketing the properties when they have been fully refurbished and being sold, let or marketed as investments.
